elcome to my updated website. Most of my life and real estate work has been in Hawaii and Japan. Two years ago, I opened a new office Phuket, Thailand, an idyllic land with a gentle, gracious people I admire and love.

Although most now know Phuket as the survivor of the "Great Tsunami", this jewel island is already back on its feet, prospering and regenerating with Thai full-of-heart spirit and fortitude and kind aid from foreigners who lost loved ones vacationing when the tsunami struck.

Unbeknownst to the world, only a fraction of the island caught the harsh blow of the tsunami. Most of the island was untouched.
