1. KAWAIHAE SHOPPING CENTER
- Acquisition of seaside property on Kohala Coast, Development of 2 level community shopping center
2. ONOULI RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
- Permitting, Subdivision, Marketing and sales of small residential subdivision. Captain Cook, Kona, Hawaii
3. LANIKEA RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
- Acquisition, planning, subdivision, infrastructure construction management, marketing and sales of small residential subdivision near Hawaii Preparatory Academy, Waimea, Hawaii
4. KOHALA BY THE SEA RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
- Acquisition, Master Planning, Permitting, Subdivision, Infrastructure construction management, Marketing and Sales of a 73 one-acre plot gated community on the Kohala Coast, Kawaihae, Hawaii
5. KOHALA CORP LANDS: 19,000 ACRE FORMER SUGAR PLANTATION
- Acquisition, Master planning, resale of former sugar plantation, with 10 miles ocean frontage, on Kohala Coast, Hawi, Hawaii
6. AINA LE'A DEVELOPMENT: 3,000 ACRE
- Acquisition, master planning, permitting, of 1700 unit residential, golf, commercial development on the Kohala Coast, Hawaii
Development Experience in Thailand (2003 - 2010)
1. RANG NOI: Rang Noi Island, Sapam Bay, Phuket
- Purchased a 20 rai Island in Sapam Bay, near Koh Maphrao and Rang Yai. Later resold to private party who has developed the island into a personal island estate.
2. CAPE YAMU: Cape Yamu Resort Residential Development
- Personally negotiated the acquisition of the 200 rai Cape Yamu peninsula. Arranged purchase financing, closed the purchase, designed the master plan, marketed and sold the ?rst 10 oceanfront lots, managed the development
during its first year, negotiated Adrian Zecha's (founder of Amanpuri and Amanresorts) involvement thru his General Hotel Management Corporation and
sold the entire development to Campbell Kane, a Hong Kong Development group.
3. YAMU HILLS: Yamu Hills gated Residential Community
- Negotiated the land acquisition, developed the Master Plan, managed the construction of the infrastructure, marketed the residential lots until the project was
sold out, currently managing, thru Royal Coast Company, Ltd. the ongoing residential community's common areas
