Yamu Hills Residential Community

Legal
All lots have chanote title deeds. Most lots are one to 3 rai in size. All owners must sign and abide by a management agreement that includes the maintenance of the landscaping, roads, and security. Properties can be purchased freehold by a Thai Corporation or Thai individual, or they can be leased for 90 years
Property Sales
All the original lots have been sold, but resales are available. Currently there are several properties for resale in the range of 4.5 to 8 million Thai Baht per rai.
